Equity Capacity Building Cohort Initiatives
Cohorts of 10 nonprofits, local government agencies or a collaborative that participate in a six-month program. This series of group trainings and individual agency equity planning will focus on the development of knowledge, awareness, skills and confidence for organizational leaders who seek a path forward toward a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and just organization.

Who Are We Looking For?
Traditionally white-led organizations, a collaborative, a faith-based organization, an agency of a local government.
Are registered as a 501 (c ) 3 with tax exempt status in the state
Have a budget size of a minimum of $2 million
Provide services which address community needs or opportunities in one or more focus areas of youth and education, poverty, food insecurity, housing, workforce and small business development, re-entry.
