EXECUTIVE EVOLUTION:
CEO & Executive Strategic Roundtables
The Power of the Peer Advisory Groups:
Experience the transformative impact when 12-16 dedicated, growth-focused leaders unite monthly. Embrace the philosophy, "Iron sharpens Iron," as you align with A-Players sharing a vision of continuous personal and professional growth. Peer Advisory Groups offer the opportunity to surround yourself with high performing executives to help you address your challenges…your own “think tank” who address critical issues about:
Vision and impact,
Board and staff,
Finances and sustainability,
Changing internal and external landscapes,
Work-life alignment, and
Other unforeseen issues.
Roundtables:
A rare and affordable opportunity to sit around the table with a group of select, trusted peers, with hundreds of years of real-life experiences to help you:
Make better decisions (gain broader perspectives and new insights by working on the business rather than in the business).
Accountability (becoming better able to hold yourself and others accountable).
Grow personally, professionally, and organizationally.
Hire and retain quality staff.
Isolation relief (it’s lonely at the top).
Change management internal and external to the organization.
What are the qualities of ideal members?
Have a growth mindset: open to learning and improving both personally and professionally.
Are good teammates: trusted in the group and respect confidentiality 100%.
Are willing to be vulnerable, respectful, humble, challenging and supportive.
